THE FIRST 10 is a calibration round — not proof of effectiveness and not a testimonial campaign. We are recruiting real decisions, not “beta testers”.

Facts, assumptions, unknowns, criteria, options and material information gaps are structured.
Interpretations remain proposals until you confirm, correct or reject them.

What we want to learn in this round.
We compare decision clarity, decision confidence and actionability separately before and after the session. Later feedback may show what held up in reality — mixed and contradicted outcomes remain evidence. Ten cases are calibration, not general proof of effectiveness.
