This shadow version defines the commercial logic but is not yet the legally final contract version. Provider identity, jurisdiction, tax data and liability terms must be completed and reviewed before payment is activated.

Commercial Gold offers are intended for businesses, institutions and organizations. In the close flow, the buyer confirms that they act in a professional/organizational capacity and not as a consumer.
Contract steps
Choose offer and scope → verify organization/tax data → accept Commercial Terms → order or formal proposal/procurement → order confirmation. The shadow flow triggers neither payment nor contract. The exact point of contract formation will be legally finalized before production.
Prices & VAT
Prices are shown net. Tax treatment is checked before the final order based on seller location, customer location, customer status and, where relevant, a valid VAT ID. Reverse charge or local VAT is not assumed automatically.
Scope, changes & third-party costs
The offer scope is the binding service framework. Travel, third-party licenses, additional languages, additional data sources, integrations and change requests are included only when explicitly stated. Anything outside scope requires a separate written quote before execution.
Delivery, acceptance & timing
Stated durations begin only when required access, data and contacts are available. Acceptance, cooperation, rescheduling and cancellation rules will be finalized by offer type before production.
IP, data & confidentiality
Customer content and credentials remain under customer control. Rights to deliverables, confidentiality, DPA/data processing and AI/subprocessor rules will be defined clearly in the final contract or proposal.
Liability & jurisdiction
Liability limits, warranties, applicable law and jurisdiction are not final. They will be activated only after the actual seller/legal entity is confirmed and legal review is complete.
Contract language & storage
The website is available in DE/EN/ES/SV. The governing contract language will be defined before production. The production flow must provide storable/printable terms and an order/contract confirmation.
