Models, agents & sovereign deployment
Model capability, agent orchestration, tools, MCP/function interfaces, deployment and enterprise controls remain Mistral territory.
Sovereign models, deployment and agent capability answer where AI runs and what it can do. LHINOS asks a separate question: who gave this agent legitimate human authority to create this specific consequential effect?
Can sovereign AI remain explicitly human-authorized when an agent becomes technically capable of acting?
Model capability, agent orchestration, tools, MCP/function interfaces, deployment and enterprise controls remain Mistral territory.
Actor, action, target, purpose, bounded scope, validity, action budget and reconstructable evidence before consequential execution.
Technical capability can be available while human authority is absent, bounded or consumed.
Each existing stack keeps its technical role. LHINOS adds a decision point only where human meaning or authority must remain independently enforceable.
If Mistral already provides equivalent end-to-end human-authority semantics - named human source, actor/action/target/purpose constraints, bounded validity and action budget, non-self-widening and reconstructable evidence - the LHINOS distinction must narrow or stop.
Ask the hard architecture question. The reviewer separates what is demonstrated here from proposed integration and what remains unproven.
